IntoFit

IntoFit sessions are an exercise only class specifically designed to take your aerobic fitness, strength and endurance to a whole new level!
We use interval training and a range of equipment to achieve great results. The session is set up as a multi station workout with 3 minutes per station.

This class will give you a whole body workout. Your trainer will make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. This is a one hour session and you will experience a different workout every session to keep your body working different muscle groups and also to make the sessions more interesting.

This class is suited to all fitness levels as you will only do each station to your own capability. Your goal is to make improvements each session to enable you to reach your own personal goals. These sessions fit a range of age groups from 13 years + both male and female.

A very friendly and fun class that you can try on your own or with a friend. You will feel welcome and comfortable.
