Stretch & Refresh is a stretch class similar to Yoga. It has been put together to enhance flexibility and strength through movement and stances. This promotes a clean blood flow to your muscles that you are stretching helping to remove lactic acid which has built up over the week of workouts and work, this in turn helps eleviate soreness and stiffness and when coupled with some roller work you will be left feeling like a new person relaxed and refreshed all ready for the weekend.
